Mango Salsa

This is a perfect 5 minute recipe that is a show stopper at any gathering. This is best using fresh mango. However, I always make sure I have a bag of frozen diced mango in the freezer to cater to impromptu hosting. I normally serve this with a selection board of homemade bread, cured meats & cheeses.

Skills level: Easy peasy

Makes 1 cup of mango salsa


¾ cup of mango diced
¼ cup of red onion diced.
1 tsp of white wine vinegar
½ squeezed lime
A pinch of dried coriander
½ tsp red chilli flakes
salt & pepper to taste

  1. Simply combine all your ingredients and refrigerate until ready to serve.

Note: Depending on the size you dice your mango & onion will determine the consistency of your salsa.
